The service
We verify the legal title of land, houses and apartments and prepare a Legal Scrutiny Report based on the documents you provide and the public records available for the property.
Scope and limitations
- Our verification is based on the documents you submit and the records available from government sources at the time of the check.
- Verification supports your decision making. It does not replace official registration, mutation or any statutory process.
- A Legal Scrutiny Report reflects the professional opinion of the panel advocate who reviews your case. It is specific to the documents reviewed.
- The service is not a substitute for independent legal advice for your particular circumstances.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and genuine documents and details.
- Confirm you are entitled to share the documents you upload.
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Fees
Charges for a verification are confirmed to you before work begins. Government fees for certified copies or records are separate and, where applicable, will be made clear.
Turnaround
Our team aims to reach you within 24 working hours of submission for any further queries. The Legal Scrutiny Report follows after the advocate completes the review.
Intellectual property
The website, report formats and platform are owned by eLinx Intelligence Private Limited. Your completed report is provided to you for your own use.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fee paid for that verification. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete documents provided to us, or from defects that are not discoverable from the records available.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
