- To contact you, including reaching out within 24 working hours for any further queries about your submission.

Who we share it with
We share your information only as needed to deliver the service:
- With the panel advocate assigned to verify your property.
- With eLinx Intelligence Private Limited and its verification platform, BUMI, which processes your case.
- With government portals and offices only to retrieve or confirm public records relating to the property.
- With authorities where we are required to do so by law.
We do not sell your personal information or property documents to anyone.
How we store and protect it
Your data is stored on secured systems with access limited to people working on your verification. Information is encrypted while in transit. We keep your data only as long as needed for the verification, to provide support, and to meet legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
